In our coming of age ceremonies we offer motherā€™s, daughters, and caregivers a multi-generational opportunity to celebrate and honor this important time in her life. We explore and reframe the power and importance of her menstrual cycle, how to care for her body & her heart, and how to keep those vital lines of communication open while navigating new experiences.
